Here is a great piece of vintage Red Wing pottery!
This piece from Red Wing's Belle Line is a beautiful planter/pot. The top portion is done in a muted, unglazed brown, with the bottom glazed in a ribbed pattern with a light chocolate brown glaze over the muted brown. The interior of the planter is done in a bright, eye-catching marigold yellow.
The planter is substantial in size as well as presence, measuring about 11 inches wide at the top and about 9 inches tall.
Condition: The planter is in great shape. There are a few wear marks on the unglazed outside, but nothing serious at all. No chips, cracks or dings.
In all, a great planter with some nice Mid-Century lines and a great piece to add to your Red Wing collection.
